Spectators: 6678 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eduino Esquivias took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orlando Moñiz during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Menafra's Orlando Moñiz got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the match, Eduino Esquivias notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Menafra's Mariano Toldra. Mariano Toldra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Andy Oquerruri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gorka Collantes in the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Menafra's Gorka Collantes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Andy Oquerruri. Andy Oquerruri yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Mariano Toldra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benvide Amestoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Epifanio Monterros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Potencia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Epifanio Monterros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariano Toldra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eduino Esquivias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Mariano Toldra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the game, Monico Zumalburu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Andy Oquerruri. Monico Zumalburu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Teodosio Pedro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andy Oquerruri having to interfere. Diego Carbajo hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Menafra's Monico Zumalburu got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andy Oquerruri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monico Zumalburu, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 37th match minute, Potencia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erroman Amurrio to maneuver through the defense. Andy Oquerruri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monico Zumalburu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Menafra's Teodosio Pedro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Andy Oquerruri. Andy Oquerruri yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. If Benvide Amestoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

In the 55th minute, Eduino Esquivias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mariano Toldra was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. After 65 played minutes Menafra got a freekick which was hit by Monico Zumalburu. 66 minutes into the match, Eduino Esquivias notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Menafra's Mariano Toldra. Mariano Toldra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Andy Oquerruri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio Pedro in the 72nd minute of play. Teodosio Pedro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Andy Oquerruri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Diego Carbajo put it in 3-4 from a short distance just to the right of Mariano Toldra. 82 minutes into the match, Potencia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Monico Zumalburu came free, but Andy Oquerruri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodosio Pedro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monico Zumalburu in the 95th minute of play forced Potencia FC's goalkeeper Andy Oquerruri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Menafra booed when Potencia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurin Valdecañas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodosio Pedro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andy Oquerruri having to interfere.
