The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Todor Landaburu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cordero Gutarrate in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sayvion Cañarte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lazaro Manriquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Todor Landaburu in the 73rd minute of play forced Pedernal FC's goalkeeper Isidoro Mirones to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Walme Arcelay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Cordero Gutarrate had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 84 minutes, Lazaro Manriquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pedernal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lazaro Manriquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sayvion Cañarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cordero Gutarrate, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Pedernal FC's Cordero Gutarrate sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sayvion Cañarte narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Estavan Hernani was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 92 minutes had been played.
