After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Francis Solanos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buenahora FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Francis Solanos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eguerdi Cugurulls breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Danilo Manojo charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Danilo Manojo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Aguada F.C. getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Danilo Manojo hit a great ball. If Manuelo Orchua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eguerdi Cugurulls took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuelo Orchua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Prudentio Lusa came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Aguada F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prudentio Lusa couldn't finish the play. Francis Solanos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eguerdi Cugurulls read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Buenahora FC's goalkeeper Mikelats Abad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Loco Mantilla. Buenahora FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuelo Orchua was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eguerdi Cugurulls breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Aguada F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Aguada F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
