Minuano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Locaio Lecuona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Raimundo Urquizu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Perico Mayllar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Raimundo Urquizu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Osoro Arieta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perico Mayllar having to interfere. Raimundo Urquizu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Perico Mayllar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 20 played minutes Tala got a freekick which was hit by Ariando Ororbia. Raimundo Urquizu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lauren Viñambres hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Minuano's Osoro Arieta got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Osoro Arieta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osoro Arieta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perico Mayllar having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Raimundo Urquizu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 31st minute, Osoro Arieta made a precise shot to the right of Perico Mayllar. Tala's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Perico Mayllar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Urquizu in the 34th minute of play. If Raimundo Urquizu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tala's Perico Mayllar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osoro Arieta in the 44th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Locaio Lecuona made the kick off in the second half. Raimundo Urquizu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Perico Mayllar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Locaio Lecuona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Naelio Bueres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Minuano's zone, Stephen Laiseca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudinei Majua came out of the goal and Stephen Laiseca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Tala booed when Minuano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimo Menoyo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute of the match Lope Gayoso shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claudinei Majua showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Minuano's Osoro Arieta got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Naelio Bueres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raimundo Urquizu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stephen Laiseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinei Majua having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Minuano's Satordi Covielles got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After a rather tough play, Tala's Lauren Viñambres got a free kick in the 86th minute. Osoro Arieta scored 1-2 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Perico Mayllar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Locaio Lecuona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Tala fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Minuano were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
