Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Baldovino Saco made the kick off which started today's match. Honorato Ribota blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yago Paramo having to make a save. Honorato Ribota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yago Paramo having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Maronas's goalkeeper Yago Paramo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Honorato Ribota. After a rather tough play, Piedritas's Ospin Berroa got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 20th minute, Mateus Cardeiro fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 25th minute, Bidun Cubilla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maronas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bidun Cubilla in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eusko Figueruel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 32 minutes into the match, Maronas's goalkeeper Yago Paramo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Honorato Ribota. If Honorato Ribota had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bidun Cubilla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eusko Figueruel having to make a save. Eusko Figueruel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldovino Saco in the 44th minute of play. After some careless play in the Piedritas defense, Baldovino Saco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eusko Figueruel. The Piedritas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eusko Figueruel should have stopped the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mateus Cardeiro was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Mateus Cardeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yago Paramo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mateus Cardeiro took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yago Paramo. Yago Paramo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldovino Saco in the 61st minute of play forced Piedritas's goalkeeper Eusko Figueruel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maronas's Yago Paramo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateus Cardeiro in the 65th minute of play. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maronas's goalkeeper Yago Paramo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bidun Cubilla might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eusko Figueruel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bidun Cubilla ran back to his position shaking his head. Argi Maquibar kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 83 minutes into the game, Bidun Cubilla recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eusko Figueruel. Bidun Cubilla showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. In the 93rd minute, Generosb Cuartas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
