The audience thought a goal was coming when Cheche Arnao got free with Peyo Bribiesca in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Udalaitz Merino struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Peyo Bribiesca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ceibal FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Udalaitz Merino in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peyo Bribiesca saved Tarariras FC from getting behind. If Erasto Barquin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cheche Arnao struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Peyo Bribiesca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ceibal FC. In the 16th minute Sotil Rosell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Carrozal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sotil Rosell struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Dario Carrozal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tarariras FC. Ceibal FC's Cheche Arnao got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sotil Rosell in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dario Carrozal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Peyo Bribiesca didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 33rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. The attack was good, but when Erasto Barquin in the 38th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erasto Barquin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 55 in the game by Sotil Rosell from a close distance when the talented Dario Carrozal managed to make a qualified save. Ceibal FC's players were relieved. Udalaitz Merino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 62 minutes, Cheche Arnao managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ceibal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cheche Arnao was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mano Paliza charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mano Paliza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 66 played minutes Tarariras FC got a freekick which was hit by Mano Paliza. If Cheche Arnao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Udalaitz Merino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ceibal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Udalaitz Merino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peyo Bribiesca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peyo Bribiesca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Udalaitz Merino in the 77th minute of the match. Udalaitz Merino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Peyo Bribiesca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 83 minutes, Cheche Arnao managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
