Fernando Pereceira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gomez Casados took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Pereceira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernando Pereceira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Gomez Casados tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gomez Casados made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucila Ayensa in the 22nd minute. Lucila Ayensa struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Gomez Casados didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eucaliptus AFC. In the 29th minute, Lucila Ayensa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Eucaliptus AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in F C Sandupay's zone, Fernando Pereceira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gomez Casados came out of the goal and Fernando Pereceira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucila Ayensa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Gomez Casados skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Fernando Pereceira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Andrea Torra made the kick off in the second half. Fernando Pereceira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gomez Casados having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, F C Sandupay's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Pereceira came free, but Gomez Casados reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evaristo Grados's late challenge caught a Eucaliptus AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evaristo Grados helped the player get up and apologised. When Lucila Ayensa came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Eucaliptus AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucila Ayensa couldn't finish the play. Gomez Casados showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Pereceira in the 77th minute of the match. When Fernando Pereceira came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Eucaliptus AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernando Pereceira couldn't finish the play. Cedro Galo charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cedro Galo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of F C Sandupay booed when Eucaliptus AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cedro Galo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Eucaliptus AFC's Azibar Menocal got control of the ball when Evaristo Grados tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lucila Ayensa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute, Lucila Ayensa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gomez Casados came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Eucaliptus AFC's Fernando Pereceira. But to his dismay, Fernando Pereceira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Botello Bedia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eucaliptus AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
