After 22 minutes, Tanio Dulanto made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Medina AFC's Dante Bustillos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Atlantida's Gomesano Meruelo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Atlantida from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Figueroa in the 29th minute of play forced Atlantida's goalkeeper Gomesano Meruelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Montrell Vitores notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Atlantida's Gomesano Meruelo. Gomesano Meruelo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tanio Dulanto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. After 80 minutes, Xelo Naredo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Medina AFC and the Atlantida players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Atlantida booed when Medina AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xelo Naredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atlantida were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
