The audience was convinced that Eneto Alari's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Estevam Antuñano was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Eneto Alari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. La Granja's Estevam Antuñano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Txilar Echandi in the 10th minute of play. After 11 minutes, Tallia Cuyar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Granja and the Cucurucho FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th minute, Tallia Cuyar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Estevam Antuñano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Txilar Echandi went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Txilar Echandi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cucurucho FC's Eneto Alari got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Etxahun Villarreal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Estevam Antuñano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Txilar Echandi in the 24th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Txilar Echandi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Estevam Antuñano. La Granja's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Txilar Echandi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Ermano Ceballos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Estevam Antuñano having to interfere. Rodas Septien hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eneto Alari in the 38th minute of play forced La Granja's goalkeeper Estevam Antuñano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Estevam Antuñano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eneto Alari, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Ermano Ceballos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eneto Alari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cucurucho FC's Etxahun Villarreal got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

53 minutes into the game, Etxahun Villarreal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cucurucho FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Granja the free kick. The supporters of La Granja booed when Cucurucho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Etxahun Villarreal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eneto Alari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Estevam Antuñano having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Ermano Ceballos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Estevam Antuñano. That made the score 1-5 in the 74 minute of play. Enaut Ozaolaza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osoitz Bolinaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When La Granja's Osoitz Bolinaga, in the 80th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for La Granja. 83 minutes into the match, La Granja's goalkeeper Estevam Antuñano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ermano Ceballos. Cucurucho FC's Eneto Alari got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eneto Alari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Estevam Antuñano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cucurucho FC played a much better game than La Granja and deserved their victory. The La Granja players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
