Iturri Suazo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Isadore Pisciña when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Chale Caroll hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Gilmar Gochicoa struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Isadore Pisciña didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Falagian FC. After having played for 30 minutes, Lucila Rujido managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucila Rujido was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilmar Gochicoa got free with Isadore Pisciña in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In a very dangerous position, a player in Atlas FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atlas FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Guillelmo Ulloa was slow to take the kick. During this time Falagian FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 46th minute of the match, Jayvier Garibay tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Isadore Pisciña saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jayvier Garibay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 61 played minutes, Falagian FC's Guillelmo Ulloa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Isadore Pisciña came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Julian Corbella could shoot a difficult shot in the 77th minute, which Bero Fuentetaja however easily saved by the left post. Primeiro Gregorio kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After 82 minutes of play, Falagian FC's Gilmar Gochicoa made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isadore Pisciña was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 88th minute, Jayvier Garibay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Jayvier Garibay sped through Atlas FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Isadore Pisciña. Falagian FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
