Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) Salamanca FC's Zemario Amondo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ortle Forteza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8th minute, Ortle Forteza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Machado Bugedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 10th minute, Tximitx Arruga made a precise shot to the right of Machado Bugedo. Salamanca FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 16 minutes into the match, Salamanca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tximitx Arruga came free, but Machado Bugedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 17 played minutes Salamanca FC got a freekick which was hit by Giraldo Aleson. A collision led to Salamanca FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Giraldo Aleson hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Zambullon AFC's Jacindo Pons tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 23 played minutes Salamanca FC got a freekick which was hit by Ekain Contero. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ortle Forteza in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Machado Bugedo saved Salamanca FC from getting behind. Ortle Forteza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Machado Bugedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Tximitx Arruga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Machado Bugedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zambullon AFC's Fagondo Lezana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Zambullon AFC from getting a goal against them. Fagondo Lezana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zemario Amondo in the 37th minute of play. Machado Bugedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ortle Forteza in the 41st minute of the match. Zemario Amondo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fagondo Lezana having to make a save. The Salamanca FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zambullon AFC were winning 0-3.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Ovidio Martelo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salamanca FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ovidio Martelo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fagondo Lezana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Zemario Amondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Machado Bugedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tximitx Arruga in the 69th minute. Machado Bugedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tximitx Arruga, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. When Tximitx Arruga came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Zambullon AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tximitx Arruga couldn't finish the play. Ortle Forteza who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Machado Bugedo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidio Martelo in the 89th minute of play forced Zambullon AFC's goalkeeper Fagondo Lezana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Medardo Aras's late challenge caught a Salamanca FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Medardo Aras helped the player get up and apologised. After 89 played minutes Zambullon AFC got a freekick which was hit by Medardo Aras. After a defensive mix-up in Zambullon AFC's zone, Matia Escabi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fagondo Lezana came out of the goal and Matia Escabi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zambullon AFC's Fagondo Lezana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zemario Amondo in the 95th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Zambullon AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
