Ubarna Espinar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gomesano Guiles's late challenge caught a Menafra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gomesano Guiles helped the player get up and apologised. In the 5th match minute, Palomas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gomesano Guiles to maneuver through the defense. Menafra's Fabricio Limpias couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 6th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Palomas FC. Ongile Tuesta hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Palomas FC's zone, Ubarna Espinar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sabino Calvillo came out of the goal and Ubarna Espinar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 12 minutes into the match, Ubarna Espinar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sabino Calvillo. Palomas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ubarna Espinar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Sebastiano Palazuelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Sabino Calvillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Menafra's Hitzeder Bue slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sabino Calvillo. That made the score 2-0 after 20 minutes of play. Hitzeder Bue's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sabino Calvillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Victor Aroztegui made a precise shot to the right of Formerio Bucaran. Menafra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Hitzeder Bue sped through Palomas FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sabino Calvillo. Estebe Cardeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 36 minutes into the game, Mirande Aceves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Menafra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palomas FC the free kick. Mirande Aceves kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Victor Aroztegui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Formerio Bucaran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sabino Calvillo was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Hitzeder Bue capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hitzeder Bue really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Formerio Bucaran was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Bernaldo Enao capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bernaldo Enao really showed his touch with that goal: 4-2. The supporters of Menafra booed when Palomas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ildephonso Iturbide didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hitzeder Bue's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sabino Calvillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Menafra's Formerio Bucaran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Aroztegui in the 59th minute of play. Sabino Calvillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubarna Espinar in the 63rd minute of the match. Gomesano Guiles got his second yellow card in the match during the 77th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 77 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Palomas FC! Fabricio Limpias placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ildephonso Iturbide during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hitzeder Bue spun around in front of the goal 89 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Palomas FC's goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubarna Espinar in the 93rd minute of play forced Palomas FC's goalkeeper Sabino Calvillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernaldo Enao took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Formerio Bucaran. Formerio Bucaran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-3. Menafra's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
