Nemesio Torneira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateus Estela having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, Nemesio Torneira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carmen AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jimenez the free kick. In the 17th minute, Nemesio Torneira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roberto Navaridas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lesardo Jolis in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd match minute, Carmen AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Vadillo to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the match, Jimenez's Bela Albear sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roberto Navaridas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roberto Navaridas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richie Ocariz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Cai Quijano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Richie Ocariz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roberto Navaridas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Roberto Navaridas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richie Ocariz in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Richie Ocariz to strike the kick off in the second half. When Richie Ocariz came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Jimenez fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Richie Ocariz couldn't finish the play. Nemesio Torneira kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. If Roberto Rionda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Richie Ocariz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Roberto Navaridas came out and tried to block the shot, but Richie Ocariz slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 59th minute. In the 65th match minute, Jimenez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perpinya Castaneda to maneuver through the defense. Cai Quijano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateus Estela having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richie Ocariz in the 75th minute of play forced Carmen AFC's goalkeeper Roberto Navaridas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roberto Rionda's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Roberto Navaridas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 89 minutes into the match, Carmen AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Richie Ocariz came free, but Roberto Navaridas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cai Quijano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateus Estela having to interfere. Jimenez's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
