Spectators: 6699 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 0) Cerrezuelo's Ezequiel Gomez started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Ezequiel Gomez came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Cerrezuelo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ezequiel Gomez couldn't finish the play. Roberto Rionda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoro Sangra having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Richie Ocariz in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victoro Sangra saved Cerrezuelo from getting behind. Cugat Cerdeira kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Victoro Sangra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Richie Ocariz's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute Roberto Rionda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victoro Sangra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victoro Sangra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Rionda in the 20th minute of the match. Gonzalo Canal kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Gartzen Tixido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roberto Rionda took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victoro Sangra. Victoro Sangra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Jimenez's Mateus Estela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Gomez in the 38th minute of play. Cerrezuelo's Paulo Diaz got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ezequiel Gomez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Cerrezuelo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jimenez were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Richie Ocariz to make the kick off. Roberto Rionda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Victoro Sangra made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Cerrezuelo's zone, Richie Ocariz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victoro Sangra came out of the goal and Richie Ocariz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ezequiel Gomez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateus Estela having to interfere. When Maximo Señor fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jimenez's protests and gave Maximo Señor a yellow card for diving instead. When Cerrezuelo's Paulo Diaz in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jimenez's goalie prevented a goal. A hard shot 71 in the game by Roberto Rionda from a close distance when the talented Victoro Sangra managed to make a qualified save. Cerrezuelo's players were relieved. Perpinya Castaneda charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Perpinya Castaneda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 75 minutes into the match, Cerrezuelo's Paulo Diaz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mateus Estela narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gonzalo Canal charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gonzalo Canal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Cerrezuelo's Gonzalo Canal got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute, Dayam Estebanez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd minute, Cerrezuelo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Roberto Rionda fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Perpinya Castaneda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Victoro Sangra made a huge save. Roberto Rionda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Jimenez supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Jimenez would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
