Daunte Gimenez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Nikola Sanles successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 10th minute, Flor Ciscal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gregory Altares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of NARANJA booed when Guerrero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Aguinaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daunte Gimenez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Povia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Tiago Povia managed to get in a good position for a shot. NARANJA's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiago Povia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daunte Gimenez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Tiago Povia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daunte Gimenez was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Ildefonso Araoz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daunte Gimenez having to interfere. A collision led to Guerrero FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Edorta Inestrosa hit a great ball. Daunte Gimenez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Araoz in the 42nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Tiago Povia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daunte Gimenez was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Saul Pantojas kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edorta Inestrosa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ildefonso Araoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute, Ildefonso Araoz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Guerrero FC defense, Tiago Povia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daunte Gimenez. The Guerrero FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daunte Gimenez should have stopped the shot. Guerrero FC's Daunte Gimenez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Guerrero FC from getting a goal against them. In the 65th match minute, NARANJA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flor Ciscal to maneuver through the defense. Saul Pantojas kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Nikola Sanles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edorta Inestrosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The supporters of Guerrero FC booed when NARANJA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flor Ciscal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nikola Sanles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Aguinaga in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute of the match Franko Laboy shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daunte Gimenez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the final whistle sounded NARANJA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Guerrero FC.
