The supporters of Sequeira FC booed when Pintado FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jobo Leza didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jabier Carne in the 9th minute of play forced Pintado FC's goalkeeper Abilio Nieto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Timo Cerna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guillelmus Hortigosa in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ignacio Colunga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 14 minutes in the game, Guillelmus Hortigosa dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Uzuri Cortinas kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Sequeira FC's Ederono Cando broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Chano Tagle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abilio Nieto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. In the 20thth minute of the game Guillelmus Hortigosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sequeira FC's Ignacio Colunga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Timo Cerna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pintado FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Timo Cerna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ignacio Colunga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abilio Nieto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jabier Carne in the 35th minute of the match. A collision led to Sequeira FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Flor Besga hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the match, Sequeira FC's Chano Tagle sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abilio Nieto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Pintado FC's Uzuri Cortinas got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute Jabier Carne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abilio Nieto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guillelmus Hortigosa hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Chano Tagle scored 0-2 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abilio Nieto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jabier Carne to make the kick off. Ignacio Colunga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timo Cerna in the 56th minute of the match. Chano Tagle who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Abilio Nieto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Timo Cerna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abilio Nieto was a little too slow when Jabier Carne got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 0-3. Chano Tagle struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Abilio Nieto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sequeira FC. Abilio Nieto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jabier Carne in the 93rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pintado FC's zone, Jabier Carne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abilio Nieto came out of the goal and Jabier Carne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 97 minutes, Jabier Carne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sequeira FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jabier Carne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Pintado FC getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Jobo Leza hit a great ball. Sequeira FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
