An unexpectedly hard shot by Txindoki Raireta in the 35th minute of play forced Ceibal AFC's goalkeeper Pabla Reinoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 played minutes Canepa FC got a freekick which was hit by Matxin Escarza. If Bela Durazo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute.
