In the 49th minute Nando were awarded a corner. Fliz Ribalta went to the cornerflag to take it. Fliz Ribalta made a great header on Nando's corner, it was just that Godoy AFC's Victor Infiesto managed to reach the ball for a save.

When Aloisio Aries came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Nando fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aloisio Aries couldn't finish the play. Victor Infiesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romano Dueñas, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Victor Infiesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romano Dueñas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 99 minutes into the match, Godoy AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Romano Dueñas came free, but Victor Infiesto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nando played a much better game than Godoy AFC and deserved their victory. The Godoy AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
