Paublo Cubas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Apolo Zumel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Timoteo Sauto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Guaviyu AFC's goalkeeper Apolo Zumel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Apolo Zumel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paublo Cubas's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Guaviyu AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Paublo Cubas came free, but Apolo Zumel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Apolo Zumel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paublo Cubas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apolo Zumel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paublo Cubas in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Paublo Cubas managed to get in a good position for a shot. TheCUERV's supporters rose to their feet, but Paublo Cubas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apolo Zumel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Luix Melic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 60 minutes, 姜飞文 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TheCUERV's supporters crossed their fingers, but 姜飞文 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Apolo Zumel came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by TheCUERV's Paublo Cubas. But to his dismay, Paublo Cubas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 姜飞文 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Apolo Zumel having to make a save. In the 68th match minute, Guaviyu AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bakar Carballal to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, TheCUERV's Yader Palou got a free kick in the 69th minute. 74 minutes into the match, Guaviyu AFC's goalkeeper Apolo Zumel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 姜飞文. Paublo Cubas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Apolo Zumel came out and tried to block the shot, but Paublo Cubas slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luix Melic in the 86th minute of play forced Guaviyu AFC's goalkeeper Apolo Zumel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 姜飞文 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Zumel having to interfere. Paublo Cubas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Apolo Zumel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. TheCUERV's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
