Boniel Capellan's late challenge caught a Dragons's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boniel Capellan helped the player get up and apologised. Boniel Capellan kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Oriol Gigante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dragons's Oriol Gigante got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute Thomas Aguilar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nahia Roque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oriol Gigante in the 25th minute of play forced Gervasio AFC's goalkeeper Nahia Roque to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Marcos Sabuco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dragons's goalkeeper Mariano Pellin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gervasio AFC's Nahia Roque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Aguilar in the 34th minute of play. Oriol Gigante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nahia Roque having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Aguilar in the 37th minute of play forced Gervasio AFC's goalkeeper Nahia Roque to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Dragons's Sayveon Tordesillas got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 45thth minute of the game Desiderio Ribota who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dragons's Mariano Pellin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 48 minutes into the match, Fernando Giraldez notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Dragons's Mariano Pellin. Mariano Pellin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Desiderio Ribota to strike the kick off in the second half. Fernando Giraldez struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Mariano Pellin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gervasio AFC. Desiderio Ribota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Mariano Pellin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Fernando Giraldez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gervasio AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernando Giraldez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariano Pellin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 81st match minute, Dragons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Rozas to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute Thomas Aguilar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nahia Roque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ourente Peñuelas fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dragons's protests and gave Ourente Peñuelas a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Gervasio AFC booed when Dragons was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ourente Peñuelas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Dragons's Vinicio Rozas got a free kick in the 96th minute. The audience cheered when Herauso Seijas's long shot passed Mariano Pellin's right side. It was 3-1, 97 minutes into the match. Gervasio AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
