When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Orlando Benitez took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Lico Baiges to make any attempt to save it. 20 minutes into the match, UrUgUayO.ClUb's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Benitez came free, but Lico Baiges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artaldo Pereceira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lico Baiges having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, UrUgUayO.ClUb's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Benitez came free, but Lico Baiges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 29 played minutes UrUgUayO.ClUb got a freekick which was hit by Mattin Lelerre. In the 30th minute, Aztore Ascazua sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and UrUgUayO.ClUb's Lico Baiges didn't even have to move. UrUgUayO.ClUb's Lico Baiges proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save UrUgUayO.ClUb from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Eucaliptus FC's zone, Txerran Sustaeta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ilazki Rabel came out of the goal and Txerran Sustaeta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lalo Laboy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilazki Rabel having to interfere. Artaldo Pereceira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 44th minute, Orlando Benitez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in UrUgUayO.ClUb's zone, Orlando Benitez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lico Baiges came out of the goal and Orlando Benitez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Orlando Benitez made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Benitez in the 53rd minute of play forced UrUgUayO.ClUb's goalkeeper Lico Baiges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artaldo Pereceira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Txerran Sustaeta's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Ilazki Rabel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Orlando Benitez struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Lico Baiges didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eucaliptus FC. When Orlando Benitez fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eucaliptus FC's protests and gave Orlando Benitez a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Eucaliptus FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Orlando Benitez hit a great ball. Donzel Huidobro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lico Baiges having to interfere. Lico Baiges made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artaldo Pereceira in the 84th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Lalo Laboy took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Ilazki Rabel to make any attempt to save it. Orlando Benitez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Lico Baiges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Txerran Sustaeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Ilazki Rabel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Eucaliptus FC had played much better football throughout.
