The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Algorta getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Ekaitz Vidaurre hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the match, Algorta's goal looked a bit too open when Zeru Herrea came free, but Donattello Kiatcharoenchai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was joyful for the audience to see Aurken Guardamino dribbling past the opponents defense line in the 14th played minute and put the ball into the net. 1-0. The supporters of Fenerbache F.C booed when Algorta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnin Borja didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mane Taboada stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santio Sabando's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Santio Sabando notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Fenerbache F.C's Mane Taboada. Mane Taboada was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 46th minute, Lugo Contreras left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fenerbache F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Zeru Herrea made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeru Herrea in the 59th minute of play forced Algorta's goalkeeper Donattello Kiatcharoenchai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ekaitz Vidaurre was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 60 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute, Urbes Pedros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the match, Fenerbache F.C's goalkeeper Mane Taboada had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santio Sabando. After 68 played minutes Algorta got a freekick which was hit by Gar Grimaldo. 73 minutes into the match, Algorta's goal looked a bit too open when Zeru Herrea came free, but Donattello Kiatcharoenchai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, Ekhi Paredes threw the ball into play from the sideline. Algorta's Jordi Saracha quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A sloppy throw-in by Canor Portela in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Algorta's Fabian Junguito. Fabian Junguito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mane Taboada having to interfere. In the 87thth minute of the game Saturnin Borja who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fenerbache F.C's Mane Taboada was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Donattello Kiatcharoenchai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeru Herrea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fenerbache F.C's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
