The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lalla Dopazo helped the player get up and apologised. Lalla Dopazo kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Montrelle Fueyo during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Memento mori booed when Kraken FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Montrelle Fueyo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute, Manuelo Moran fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Miguel Masana, passed just outside the right post. After 15 played minutes Memento mori got a freekick which was hit by Socorro Antoñana. After 17 played minutes Memento mori got a freekick which was hit by Nunez Villela. In the 23rd minute, Fabian Ceron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Memento mori's Cordarrol Amezua in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kraken FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 27th minute, Mel Carradelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kraken FC's goalkeeper Miguel Masana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lapurdi Calzada blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miguel Masana having to make a save. Miguel Masana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mino Artolozaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, Kraken FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mino Artolozaga came free, but Miguel Masana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cordarrol Amezua made a kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Lapurdi Calzada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Memento mori's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lapurdi Calzada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lapurdi Calzada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Memento mori's Lapurdi Calzada got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 58 minutes into the game, Cordarrol Amezua was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Memento mori's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kraken FC the free kick. Cordarrol Amezua hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Miguel Masana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cordarrol Amezua's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Cordarrol Amezua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Miguel Masana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miguel Masana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mino Artolozaga in the 67th minute of the match. Mino Artolozaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Miguel Masana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miguel Masana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lapurdi Calzada in the 70th minute of play. After 74 minutes, Cordarrol Amezua made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Kraken FC's Miguel Masana tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 77 minutes into the match, Memento mori's Cordarrol Amezua sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Miguel Masana narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Lapurdi Calzada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Memento mori's Urdin Labora got control of the ball when Fabian Ceron tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mino Artolozaga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Memento mori's Cordarrol Amezua in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kraken FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 89 minutes of play Kraken FC's Fabian Ceron was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Kraken FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Fabian Ceron hit a great ball. There was no doubt that Memento mori were the better team. Memento mori's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
