Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) durazno's Delmar Enao started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Javier Pandal kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Leopoldo Ardines, 6 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roque Tramontes in the 9th minute of play forced durazno's goalkeeper Andres Fombona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 minutes, Platon Barrasa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grecco and the durazno players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Grecco's Platon Barrasa got a free kick in the 14th minute. Delmar Enao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Feliu Capa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feliu Capa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sanson Muñoyerro went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Delmar Enao scored 0-2 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Feliu Capa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With an all-out effort, Grecco's Andres Fombona threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Roque Tramontes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in durazno's zone, Hats Bolante stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andres Fombona came out of the goal and Hats Bolante tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes into the match, durazno's goal looked a bit too open when Roque Tramontes came free, but Andres Fombona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Grecco's Hats Bolante nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andres Fombona made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.

Andres Fombona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roque Tramontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Roque Tramontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sanson Muñoyerro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Feliu Capa made a huge save. If Roque Tramontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Roque Tramontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andres Fombona stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roque Tramontes's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. If Roque Tramontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sanson Muñoyerro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Feliu Capa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. 96 minutes into the game, Roque Tramontes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Andres Fombona was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
