Tirso Conill struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Tobias Basante didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Bañil de Tala. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Tirso Conill sped through C.A. Torque's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tobias Basante. In the 20th minute Vivaldo Brasil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liberto Jerena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Havier Palanca hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Andre Pariente took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Liberto Jerena. The supporters of Real Bañil de Tala booed when C.A. Torque was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shantala Grolet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vivaldo Brasil hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Tobias Basante was a little too slow when Cayetano Soto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. Liberto Jerena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vivaldo Brasil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Liberto Jerena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vivaldo Brasil in the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Bertol Alais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.A. Torque's Tobias Basante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cayetano Soto in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute Real Bañil de Tala were awarded a corner. Xavies Padrones went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Havier Palanca almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but C.A. Torque's Tobias Basante did a great save. Vivaldo Brasil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liberto Jerena having to interfere. When the match was over Real Bañil de Tala could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than C.A. Torque throughout the match.
