Spectators: 8403 (Terracing: 6303, Seating: 1932, VIP seats: 168) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tirso Conill took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Tirso Conill managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Bañil de Tala's supporters rose to their feet, but Tirso Conill was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victor Sosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If David Vinogradov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timo Henestrosa in the 12th minute of play forced Artigas Devils's goalkeeper Victor Sosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Dabi Mazule fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Artigas Devils's protests and gave Dabi Mazule a yellow card for diving instead. Dabi Mazule hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 17th match minute, Real Bañil de Tala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gergori Redin to maneuver through the defense. Martino Revilla lost his temper 43 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Real Bañil de Tala:s Liberto Jerena showed great skill when he stopped Honorio Simancas:s penalty. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Urtsua Galindo was the one to do the kick off. Timo Henestrosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Timo Henestrosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Real Bañil de Tala's Cayetano Soto got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victor Sosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cayetano Soto's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Victor Sosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Havier Palanca went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Cayetano Soto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Sosa having to interfere. David Vinogradov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Victor Sosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Artigas Devils getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Pitin Abella hit a great ball. Victor Sosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Havier Palanca in the 88th minute. Timo Henestrosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Sosa having to interfere. Timo Henestrosa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victor Sosa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Timo Henestrosa might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victor Sosa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Timo Henestrosa ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match was over Real Bañil de Tala could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Artigas Devils throughout the match.
