To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 8 minutes into the match, Cortume's goalkeeper Mark Alcantara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emesto Villaro. Cortume's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Xavon Murieta scored to the left of an out of position Mark Alcantara, making the score, 1-0. Xavon Murieta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Mark Alcantara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Xavon Murieta notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Cortume's Mark Alcantara. Mark Alcantara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Emesto Villaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, Xavon Murieta made a precise shot to the right of Mark Alcantara. Cortume's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. A collision led to Uruguay Buceo B.F getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Baumar Saldoval hit a great ball. Xavon Murieta took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mark Alcantara. Mark Alcantara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Emesto Villaro might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mark Alcantara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emesto Villaro ran back to his position shaking his head. 36 minutes into the game, Emesto Villaro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mark Alcantara. Emesto Villaro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 7-0. Emesto Villaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Mark Alcantara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Americo Antiñano hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Daunte Simancas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Xavon Murieta came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Uruguay Buceo B.F fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xavon Murieta couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 9-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xavon Murieta to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Cortume's zone, Donostia Orbañanos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mark Alcantara came out of the goal and Donostia Orbañanos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Uruguay Buceo B.F's Xavon Murieta got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 58thth minute of the game Xavon Murieta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cortume's Mark Alcantara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daunte Simancas might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mark Alcantara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daunte Simancas ran back to his position shaking his head. Mark Alcantara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xavon Murieta's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute Atarrabi Najera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arrigo Di Maria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Xavon Murieta sped through Cortume's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mark Alcantara. A collision led to Cortume getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Inge Careaga hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Xavon Murieta put it in 11-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mark Alcantara. After 72 minutes, Xavon Murieta made it 12-0 with a short kick to the right side. Cortume's Mark Alcantara tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 76th minute Xavon Murieta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mark Alcantara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78th play minutes Xavon Murieta shot 13-0, a short shot which went by Mark Alcantara and just under the crossbar into goal. After 81 played minutes Cortume got a freekick which was hit by Inge Careaga. After a defensive mix-up in Cortume's zone, Lixandro Salgueiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mark Alcantara came out of the goal and Lixandro Salgueiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Gora Montarco fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cortume's protests and gave Gora Montarco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 83rd match minute, Cortume was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gora Montarco to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 84 minutes, Xavon Murieta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay Buceo B.F's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xavon Murieta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emesto Villaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arrigo Di Maria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atarrabi Najera in the 88th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Cortume were awarded a corner. Jose Dagora went to the cornerflag to take it. Jose Dagora made a great header on Cortume's corner, it was just that Uruguay Buceo B.F's Arrigo Di Maria managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 97thth minute of the game Xavon Murieta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cortume's Mark Alcantara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Quilo Senties during the 98th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some careless play in the Cortume defense, Xavon Murieta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mark Alcantara. The Cortume fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mark Alcantara should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Uruguay Buceo B.F had played much better football throughout.
