Goiz Rio started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Mederi Bodelon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Egana AFC's Benjamin Danzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Omente in the 6th minute of play. Quintan Samaniego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Goiz Rio, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Goiz Rio in the 8thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Quintan Samaniego, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Lavalleja's Mederi Bodelon got a free kick in the 8th minute. 12 minutes into the game, Mederi Bodelon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lavalleja's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Egana AFC the free kick. After 12 played minutes Lavalleja got a freekick which was hit by Mederi Bodelon. 13 minutes into the match, Mincho Nicola sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Quintan Samaniego threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Mincho Nicola this time. In the 16th match minute, Egana AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Szczepan Nowak to maneuver through the defense. Goiz Rio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Quintan Samaniego made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Dagoberto Prus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Egana AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dagoberto Prus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Quintan Samaniego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 30 minutes into the game, Goiz Rio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Quintan Samaniego was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 36th minute Hever Lupidana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quintan Samaniego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quintan Samaniego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dagoberto Prus, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Dagoberto Prus was extremely unlucky when he, in the 40th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Bastia Asencio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benjamin Danzo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. If Goiz Rio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bastia Asencio was the one to do the kick off. When Bastia Asencio fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lavalleja's protests and gave Bastia Asencio a yellow card for diving instead. Bastia Asencio hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Szczepan Nowak hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. If Goiz Rio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Goiz Rio in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Quintan Samaniego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Goiz Rio took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Quintan Samaniego. Quintan Samaniego dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Quintan Samaniego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Goiz Rio in the 66th minute of the match. In the 68th minute Goiz Rio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quintan Samaniego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Goiz Rio scored 4-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Quintan Samaniego, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Goiz Rio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Quintan Samaniego was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. 85 minutes into the game, Caetano Palencia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lavalleja's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Egana AFC the free kick. A collision led to Lavalleja getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Caetano Palencia hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Lavalleja's Mederi Bodelon got a free kick in the 91st minute. Goiz Rio kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Benjamin Danzo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bastia Asencio went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. There was no doubt that Egana AFC were the better team. Egana AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
