Spectators: 8410 (Terracing: 6308, Seating: 1934, VIP seats: 168) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mano Acuña kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daunte Trespalacios during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Teyo Morellana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dantae Gante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Daunte Trespalacios was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 9 minutes had been played. Daunte Trespalacios hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Zacarias Tavira's late challenge caught a Pinchazo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zacarias Tavira helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Guaviyu getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Mano Acuña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reimundo Paba having to interfere. Napier Zurica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Pinchazo booed when Guaviyu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elivareo Zurbano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teyo Morellana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustin Martinez in the 31st minute. When Mano Acuña came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Guaviyu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mano Acuña couldn't finish the play. Reimundo Paba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raymundo Teijeiro in the 38th minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Dantae Gante got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot 46 in the game by Agustin Martinez from a close distance when the talented Teyo Morellana managed to make a qualified save. Guaviyu's players were relieved. 47 minutes into the game, Napier Bouceda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guaviyu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pinchazo the free kick. In the 47th match minute, Guaviyu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Napier Bouceda to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Agustin Martinez made a kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Mano Acuña managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guaviyu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mano Acuña was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd minute of the match Guaviyu got a corner. Pinchazo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Manolo Fias ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Manolo Fias got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Reimundo Paba quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dantae Gante hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. If Mano Acuña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Guaviyu's Manolo Fias got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Teyo Morellana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agustin Martinez went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Napier Zurica recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute, Mano Acuña ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reimundo Paba was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After having played for 84 minutes, Agustin Martinez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pinchazo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agustin Martinez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
