Bernard Errazquin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Banda Oriental F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Platon Vital came free, but Bernard Errazquin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute, Ignatius Ahumada left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MarleY Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of Banda Oriental F.C. booed when MarleY Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olo Llamosas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robin Dupree sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xencio Pillado in the 21st minute of play forced Banda Oriental F.C.'s goalkeeper Bernard Errazquin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Ricardo Deleon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, MarleY Club's goalkeeper Ciccio Rondinelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Meder Arada. After a rather tough play, MarleY Club's Olo Llamosas got a free kick in the 28th minute. Bernard Errazquin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignatius Ahumada, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute Platon Vital shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Errazquin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciccio Rondinelli came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Banda Oriental F.C.'s Meder Arada. But to his dismay, Meder Arada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Meder Arada in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ciccio Rondinelli, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Platon Vital fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MarleY Club's protests and gave Platon Vital a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to MarleY Club getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Platon Vital hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robin Dupree to make the kick off. Froilan Aguiar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Meder Arada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Ignatius Ahumada kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bernard Errazquin. That made the score 1-2 in the 59 minute of play. Ciccio Rondinelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Aguiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the MarleY Club defense, Eutropio Abraldez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciccio Rondinelli. The MarleY Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciccio Rondinelli should have stopped the shot. Meder Arada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Ciccio Rondinelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Meder Arada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciccio Rondinelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Meder Arada in the 79th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Meder Arada's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciccio Rondinelli was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. MarleY Club's Ciccio Rondinelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Froilan Aguiar in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Banda Oriental F.C.'s Meder Arada nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ciccio Rondinelli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Bernard Errazquin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Platon Vital in the 93rd minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, Banda Oriental F.C. could leave the field as winners, despite MarleY Club having more of the ball for most of the match.
