Spectators: 8281 (Terracing: 6337, Seating: 1943, VIP seats: 1) Oto Zuazna started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, Melo's Remigio Carda got a free kick in the 5th minute. 8 minutes into the game, Oto Zuazna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Joam Era was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Oto Zuazna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 12 minutes into the match, Melo's goal looked a bit too open when Oto Zuazna came free, but Joam Era reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joam Era took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oto Zuazna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rius Melcon kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After 23 played minutes Melo got a freekick which was hit by Tipi Cancel. 26 minutes into the match, Canterano's Oto Zuazna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joam Era narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Canterano were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Melo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arnas Hualde took the corner. The corner led Canterano's Arnas Hualde to fire away a dangerous shot which Joam Era despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 32 minutes, Oto Zuazna made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Melo's Joam Era tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 37 minutes of play, Canterano's Oto Zuazna made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joam Era was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joam Era stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oto Zuazna's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute, Marco Hornedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joam Era was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rius Melcon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Tipi Cancel fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Melo's protests and gave Tipi Cancel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st minute, Tipi Cancel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Oto Zuazna came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Canterano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oto Zuazna couldn't finish the play. Joam Era made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Oto Zuazna sent off a good shot on target. 58 minutes into the match, Canterano's goal looked a bit too open when Remigio Carda came free, but Veli Kartal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60 minutes, Andres Senties mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Melo and the Canterano players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 60 played minutes Melo got a freekick which was hit by Andres Senties. When Oto Zuazna came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Canterano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oto Zuazna couldn't finish the play. Veli Kartal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rius Melcon in the 62nd minute of play. Erasto Besosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joam Era having to interfere. Melo's Tipi Cancel got his second yellow card of the match in the 79th minute. The referee ordered Tipi Cancel off the ground. In the 80th minute, Tipi Cancel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rius Melcon hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Oto Zuazna in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joam Era, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Natanael Cañon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erasto Besosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Melo's zone, Oto Zuazna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joam Era came out of the goal and Oto Zuazna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andres Senties kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
