Benito Cañellas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Ponce Masseda made a huge save. Frederik Minjaraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dubardo Cuero, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Alpino City's goalkeeper Ponce Masseda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pudes Casillas. Erramun Lombera received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ponce Masseda came out and tried to block the shot, but Erramun Lombera slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 25th minute. In the 38th match minute, Alpino City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dubardo Cuero to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Alpino City's Ponce Masseda got control of the ball when Pudes Casillas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ponce Masseda made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Pudes Casillas sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Pudes Casillas made the kick off in the second half. Ponce Masseda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Huergo in the 52nd minute of the match. Reno Revillas's late challenge caught a RIO BRANCO F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reno Revillas helped the player get up and apologised. Reno Revillas hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Alpino City's Ponce Masseda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pudes Casillas in the 55th minute of play. Baiardo Reguera succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 57th playminute. Teodoro Villamizar's late challenge caught a RIO BRANCO F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodoro Villamizar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 60th match minute, Alpino City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Villamizar to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Erramun Lombera managed to get in a good position for a shot. RIO BRANCO F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Erramun Lombera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ponce Masseda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th minute of the match, Dubardo Cuero got a very nice opportunity to score, but Frederik Minjaraz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 66 minutes into the game, Henrico Ardanza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alpino City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RIO BRANCO F.C the free kick. After 66 played minutes Alpino City got a freekick which was hit by Henrico Ardanza. Enzo Somoza was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 67th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 69th match minute, Alpino City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marquez Rivas to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Alpino City's Gilabert Capel got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 78th match minute, RIO BRANCO F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dubardo Sande to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, RIO BRANCO F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Reno Revillas came free, but Frederik Minjaraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Pudes Casillas came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the RIO BRANCO F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pudes Casillas couldn't finish the play. Pudes Casillas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. RIO BRANCO F.C walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
