After 43 minutes, Santiago Pescatori mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tigres F.C. and the Dolores players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lino Bastiaro got free with Victorino Baezabal in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 77th minute Tiniebra Barranco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gines Vazan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Tigres F.C.'s Cornelio Fuertes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Victorino Baezabal. That made the score 0-4 after 78 minutes of play. 82 minutes into the game, Cornelio Fuertes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Victorino Baezabal. Cornelio Fuertes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Cornelio Fuertes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. In the 92nd minute, Santiago Pescatori left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tigres F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. When the match was over Tigres F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dolores throughout the match.
