Cordairo Burguete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ponce Masseda having to interfere. Isidoro Iribe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Ponce Masseda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Tataia Patriots Club defense, Dubardo Cuero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gorosti Oliveros. The Tataia Patriots Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gorosti Oliveros should have stopped the shot. After 26 minutes of play, Alpino City's Cordarius Quexada made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gorosti Oliveros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baiardo Reguera, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Ponce Masseda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egoitz Sendin in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute Reno Revillas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gorosti Oliveros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gorosti Oliveros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baiardo Reguera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute of the match Teodoro Villamizar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gorosti Oliveros showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gorosti Oliveros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reno Revillas in the 36th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Tataia Patriots Club's Sengrat Salvadios got a free kick in the 37th minute. Gorosti Oliveros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baiardo Reguera in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Tataia Patriots Club's Egoitz Sendin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. The crowd rose to their feet as Egoitz Sendin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ponce Masseda. That made the score 2-5 in the 44 minute of play. After some careless play in the Tataia Patriots Club defense, Reno Revillas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gorosti Oliveros. The Tataia Patriots Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gorosti Oliveros should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 2-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 74 played minutes Tataia Patriots Club got a freekick which was hit by Cordairo Burguete. 76 minutes into the match, Tataia Patriots Club's goalkeeper Gorosti Oliveros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baiardo Reguera. In the 78th minute Reno Revillas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gorosti Oliveros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gorosti Oliveros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reno Revillas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gorosti Oliveros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-10. With a little luck, Tataia Patriots Club's Gorosti Oliveros got control of the ball when Baiardo Reguera tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reno Revillas in the 94th minute of play forced Tataia Patriots Club's goalkeeper Gorosti Oliveros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute, Alpino City's Reno Revillas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gorosti Oliveros. Gorosti Oliveros yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-11. When the match was over Alpino City could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tataia Patriots Club throughout the match.
