Damaso Hurko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 8 played minutes Austral FC got a freekick which was hit by Goizeder Infante. In the 11thth minute of the game Sun Han who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Austral FC's Damaso Hurko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 14 minutes in the game Ioritz Farto did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Sun Han. Austral FC's Damaso Hurko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Hagi in the 16th minute of play. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Nueva Chicago's goalkeeper Arturo Balendin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Austral FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Duardo came free, but Damaso Hurko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Nueva Chicago was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ioritz Farto to maneuver through the defense. If Jerold Grijalba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ioritz Farto during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ioritz Farto kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th minute Jerardo Bueno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Hurko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damaso Hurko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Duardo in the 36th minute of play. Arturo Balendin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerold Grijalba in the 39th minute. A collision led to Austral FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Nisio Iturmendi hit a great ball. Ioritz Farto kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The Austral FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Nueva Chicago were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for George Hagi to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Austral FC booed when Nueva Chicago was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerardo Bueno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damaso Hurko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Hagi in the 58th minute of the match. Joep Jochemsen got a throw-in 60 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Sun Han. A throw-in in the 66th minute of the game was made by Ioritz Farto with Widodo 黄忠 as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Jerold Grijalba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Austral FC's Damaso Hurko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerardo Bueno in the 78th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Austral FC's goal looked a bit too open when George Hagi came free, but Damaso Hurko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damaso Hurko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Duardo in the 82nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerardo Bueno in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damaso Hurko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arturo Balendin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerold Grijalba, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Ioritz Farto made in the 95th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Austral FC's Felipe Benito.
