An unexpectedly hard shot by Maureen Franco in the 10th minute of play forced Nacional's goalkeeper Juaneizu Merida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Máximo Correia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grabiel Escorcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juaneizu Merida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maureen Franco in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute Grabiel Escorcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Máximo Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grabiel Escorcia in the 22nd minute of play forced Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Máximo Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Xavies Casavela ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juaneizu Merida was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Charly Good's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juaneizu Merida read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Nacional's attentive Camilo Candido managed to snatch the ball when Segundo Aureo made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. The supporters of Nacional booed when Sporting Buceo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Aureo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sporting Buceo's Xavies Casavela got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juaneizu Merida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maureen Franco in the 44th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Nacional's zone, Xavies Casavela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juaneizu Merida came out of the goal and Xavies Casavela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Grabiel Escorcia made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Maureen Franco came free, but Juaneizu Merida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th match minute, Sporting Buceo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wei Le Fei to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the game, Xu Sha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Máximo Correia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 63rd minute Maureen Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juaneizu Merida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juaneizu Merida stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Charly Good's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Sporting Buceo's Iraklis Rapanos was substituted for Xavies Casavela. Nacional made a substitution. Walme Yurre replaced Mendiko Bueres. Sporting Buceo made a substitution. Charly Good replaced Maureen Franco. Sporting Buceo's Xinto Carreiras was substituted for Charly Good. A well done corner resulted in Juan Sartori drilling the ball in to score 1-2 behind Nacional's goalkeeper. 76 minutes into the match, Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Charly Good came free, but Juaneizu Merida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juaneizu Merida didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Sporting Buceo's Xinto Carreiras shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Nacional's Ursino Brunet was substituted for Grabiel Escorcia. After 94 played minutes Sporting Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Aureo. Sporting Buceo's Máximo Correia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ursino Brunet in the 95th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Sporting Buceo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nacional.
