Coico AFC's Máximo Mendieta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elizalde Marín in the 13th minute of play. Elizalde Marín blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Máximo Mendieta having to make a save. Jonathan Ascuí sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th match minute, Naltahua AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Frick to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ascuí made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 26thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Silviano Antunovic would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Naltahua AFC's Silviano Antunovic proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Naltahua AFC from getting a goal against them. The goalkeeper, Silviano Antunovic, was totally fooled by Coico AFC's Prudentio Fabriy, who 31 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 37 minutes into the game, Bautista Portusagasti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Naltahua AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Coico AFC the free kick. In the 37th minute, Bautista Portusagasti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Josué Máximo had to leave the field with a concussion. Aníbal Guajardo kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Gilesindo Novoa's late challenge caught a Naltahua AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilesindo Novoa helped the player get up and apologised. Gilesindo Novoa hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Máximo Mendieta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elizalde Marín, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the match, Coico AFC's Jonathan Ascuí sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silviano Antunovic narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 91st minute, Herminio Dohrmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes into the match, Naltahua AFC's Bertrán Orsterhont broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Elizalde Marín sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
