Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Feliberto Cetina kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Eduardo Haeussler in the 6th minute of play forced Chivatambo FC's goalkeeper Haroldo Bünzli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8thth minute of the game Juan Eduardo Haeussler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chivatambo FC's Haroldo Bünzli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carlos Hernán Villamil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mónico Vidal in the 10th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Severo Saldivia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Carlos Hernán Villamil. The goal made the score 1-0. Albino Caballero walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. With his leg Carlos Hernán Villamil managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Chivatambo FC's Severo Saldivia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 32 minutes into the match, Limaxina's goal looked a bit too open when Mónico Vidal came free, but Carlos Hernán Villamil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mónico Vidal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Alberto Alonso kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Limaxina's goal looked a bit too open when Mónico Vidal came free, but Carlos Hernán Villamil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaime Campos kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. When Chivatambo FC's Mónico Vidal in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Limaxina's goalie prevented a goal. 42 minutes into the game, Jaime Campos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Limaxina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chivatambo FC the free kick. The supporters of Chivatambo FC booed when Limaxina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Campos didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Alessandro Leese got free in front of the goal in the 47th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Carlos Hernán Villamil was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mónico Vidal to strike the kick off in the second half. Severo Saldivia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Limaxina's Carlos Hernán Villamil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mónico Vidal in the 57th minute of play. Carlos Hernán Villamil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severo Saldivia, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 68th minute, Severo Saldivia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carlos Hernán Villamil came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Chivatambo FC's Mónico Vidal. But to his dismay, Mónico Vidal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Mónico Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Duardo Rey hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Juan Eduardo Haeussler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Bünzli having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 80th minute by Feliberto Cetina got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Carlos Hernán Villamil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mónico Vidal in the 83rd minute of play. Alessandro Leese sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severo Saldivia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mónico Vidal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Carlos Hernán Villamil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chivatambo FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
