Spectators: 6685 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1685, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eliazar Chacon kicked off to start the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cresenciano Eguiluz in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Normando Moxo saved Zanjon from getting behind. Pablo Garmendia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Germán Narváez having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Troyo got a freekick which was hit by Cresenciano Eguiluz. Lautaro Lamas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Germán Narváez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 19 minutes, Cresenciano Eguiluz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Troyo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cresenciano Eguiluz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jorge Jorquera hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Zanjon's zone, Cresenciano Eguiluz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Normando Moxo came out of the goal and Cresenciano Eguiluz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eliazar Chacon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Normando Moxo having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Troyo's zone, Lautaro Lamas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Germán Narváez came out of the goal and Lautaro Lamas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zanjon's goalkeeper Normando Moxo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Lautaro Lamas made a precise shot to the right of Germán Narváez. Troyo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pablo Garmendia made a kick off. If Cresenciano Eguiluz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Lautaro Lamas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Troyo's Germán Narváez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Lamas in the 97th minute of play. Troyo were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
