Ysmael Galan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Faivovich in the 12th minute of play. Horacio Faivovich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ysmael Galan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ysmael Galan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horacio Faivovich's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Horacio Faivovich recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mario Jesus Lapierre let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 23rd minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Faivovich in the 30th minute of play forced Llallauquen FC's goalkeeper Ysmael Galan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Llallauquen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Faivovich came free, but Ysmael Galan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vladimiro Machado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ysmael Galan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horacio Faivovich in the 52nd minute of the match. Llallauquen FC's Ysmael Galan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Llallauquen FC from getting a goal against them. In the 54th match minute, Llallauquen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milián Quintanilla to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Llallauquen FC's goalkeeper Ysmael Galan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Belmiro Ballesteros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mario Jesus Lapierre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 77 minutes into the match, Ilque AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Machado came free, but Leopoldo Jacinto Opazo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horacio Faivovich's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Ysmael Galan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Vladimiro Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Jacinto Opazo having to interfere. In the 84th match minute, Ilque AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Belmiro Ballesteros to maneuver through the defense. Vladimiro Machado took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leopoldo Jacinto Opazo. Leopoldo Jacinto Opazo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 91st match minute, Llallauquen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Lagarrigue to maneuver through the defense. Horacio Faivovich struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Ysmael Galan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ilque AFC. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Llallauquen FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ilque AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
