Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jimeno Droste made the kick off which started today's match. Vicuna 's José Francisco Benavides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimeno Droste in the 5th minute of play. MAHTAN ALCALIME's Gervasio Palau quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Aristides Warnes, made in the 6th minute of the game. In the 7th minute, Vinicio Peña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the match, MAHTAN ALCALIME's goal looked a bit too open when Danilo Gallo came free, but Severo Codina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 minutes of play, MAHTAN ALCALIME's Vinicio Peña made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Francisco Benavides was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jimeno Poqué's late challenge caught a MAHTAN ALCALIME's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jimeno Poqué helped the player get up and apologised. After 18 played minutes Vicuna got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Poqué. Danilo Gallo kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. If Miren Altamirano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ruperto Webar scored 0-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José Francisco Benavides, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Danilo Gallo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Codina having to interfere. When MAHTAN ALCALIME's Jimeno Droste in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vicuna 's goalie prevented a goal. In the 43rd minute, Miren Altamirano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Francisco Benavides was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 47 minutes into the game, Israel Ruedi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vicuna 's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MAHTAN ALCALIME the free kick. In the 47th match minute, Vicuna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Israel Ruedi to maneuver through the defense. After the first half MAHTAN ALCALIME were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Danilo Gallo was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miren Altamirano got free with José Francisco Benavides in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. José Francisco Benavides showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Droste, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Miren Altamirano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Vicuna getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Jimeno Poqué hit a great ball. If Miren Altamirano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Francisco Benavides came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by MAHTAN ALCALIME's Jimeno Droste. But to his dismay, Jimeno Droste quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. When the match was over MAHTAN ALCALIME could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Vicuna throughout the match.
