Frances Baeza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ireno Gebler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frances Baeza came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Pachacamita AFC's Alfonso Huechun. But to his dismay, Alfonso Huechun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Blanco Astaburuaga charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Blanco Astaburuaga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Blanco Astaburuaga kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Frances Baeza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Huechun, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. When Pachacamita AFC's Alfonso Huechun in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CF Universidad de Chile's goalie prevented a goal. In the 41st match minute, CF Universidad de Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Rencoret to maneuver through the defense. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silvestre Rencoret made a kick off. A collision led to Pachacamita AFC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ernesto Daniel Devoto hit a great ball. Alfonso Huechun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfonso Huechun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frances Baeza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Frances Baeza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ireno Gebler in the 72nd minute. Frances Baeza went to the wrong direction when Bautista Forlan was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. 82 minutes into the game, Ireno Gebler cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Frances Baeza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Silvestre Rencoret recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ireno Gebler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Frances Baeza successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ireno Gebler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 100th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
