Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Aníbal Panguilef made the kick off and thus started the match. After a rather tough play, Catina's Erasmo Gabella got a free kick in the 7th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Catina's zone, Máximo Solminihac stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucero Diaz de Andrade came out of the goal and Máximo Solminihac tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Central's Victoro Sastre got control of the ball when Juan Fernando Martínez Lamas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 17th minute, one of Catina:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Catina. Lucero Diaz de Andrade had in the 18thth minute some difficulties stopping Jeremías Zurita's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Máximo Solminihac might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucero Diaz de Andrade. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Máximo Solminihac ran back to his position shaking his head. Xavián Sudi struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Lucero Diaz de Andrade didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Central. Juan Fernando Martínez Lamas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Victoro Sastre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Aníbal Panguilef's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victoro Sastre was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juan Fernando Martínez Lamas got free with Victoro Sastre in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 45th minute, Xavián Sudi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

A collision led to Central getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Ludovico Legrand hit a great ball. 56 minutes into the match, Central's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Fernando Martínez Lamas came free, but Victoro Sastre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Máximo Solminihac could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Lucero Diaz de Andrade made a huge save. After some careless play in the Central defense, Aníbal Panguilef kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victoro Sastre. The Central fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victoro Sastre should have stopped the shot. Máximo Solminihac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 77 minutes, Jeremías Zurita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Central's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeremías Zurita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aníbal Panguilef recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Victoro Sastre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aníbal Panguilef in the 81st minute of the match. When Edilberto Sirens came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Central fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edilberto Sirens couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute, Nicodemo Suloaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucero Diaz de Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremías Zurita, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Catina's zone, Xavián Sudi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucero Diaz de Andrade came out of the goal and Xavián Sudi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 97 played minutes Máximo Solminihac rounded Catina's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1.
