After 27 played minutes Sevilla Fc got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Bout. Ceferino Bout charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ceferino Bout the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of Sevilla Fc:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rodelindo FC:s goal. The referee gave Rodelindo FC a penalty, 30 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Alifonso Maino, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sevilla Fc's Carlos Alberto Portusagasti. 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Sevilla Fc's zone, Máximo Eyzaguirre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Alberto Portusagasti came out of the goal and Máximo Eyzaguirre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eduardo Opazo charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduardo Opazo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 38th match minute, Rodelindo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cerilo Maier to maneuver through the defense.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adolfo Arellano to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56thth minute of the game Alifonso Maino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sevilla Fc's Carlos Alberto Portusagasti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alifonso Maino didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-4 via right post in the game's 57th minute. Rodelindo FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Sevilla Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alifonso Maino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. If Máximo Eyzaguirre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 80 minutes into the game, Alifonso Maino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Carlos Alberto Portusagasti was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Carlos Alberto Portusagasti made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Lucián Reveco sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Sevilla Fc's Carlos Alberto Portusagasti got control of the ball when Alifonso Maino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sevilla Fc's Eduardo Opazo got his second yellow card of the match in the 88th minute. The referee ordered Eduardo Opazo off the ground.
