Valiente Pinaud hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Angelino Guardas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bonifacio Perochena in the 3rd minute of play. 7 minutes into the game, Gabino Patterson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quintay AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Unicaven the free kick. In the 8th match minute, Quintay AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabino Patterson to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Unicaven's goalkeeper Pinone Gaete had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alipio Azócar. Alipio Azócar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Pinone Gaete made a huge save. Lucas Parro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Angelino Guardas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 15 minutes of play Quintay AFC's Gabino Patterson was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Unicaven booed when Quintay AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabino Patterson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Quintay AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Parro came free, but Angelino Guardas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filiberto Zuburu was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 19 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 18th minute of the game. One of Quintay AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Unicaven:s goal. Tamariz Penschke shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The supporters of Unicaven booed when Quintay AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valiente Pinaud didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute, Tamariz Penschke sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Quintay AFC's Angelino Guardas didn't even have to move. Angelino Guardas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucas Parro went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. When Bonifacio Perochena got free in front of the goal in the 32nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Angelino Guardas was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Alonzo Guajardo kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Alonzo Guajardo's late challenge caught a Unicaven's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alonzo Guajardo helped the player get up and apologised. After 34 played minutes Quintay AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Guajardo. In the 35th minute, Tamariz Penschke sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Quintay AFC's Angelino Guardas didn't even have to move. When Lucas Parro came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Unicaven fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Parro couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cipriano Lasa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Lucas Parro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Viviano Ducci hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Alonzo Guajardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Unicaven getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Viviano Ducci hit a great ball. The supporters of Quintay AFC booed when Unicaven was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viviano Ducci didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feliciano Oyanedel hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Raymundo Fierro hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Lucas Parro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Angelino Guardas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bonifacio Perochena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 83 minutes, Lucas Parro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unicaven's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Parro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucas Parro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Angelino Guardas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Quintay AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Bonifacio Perochena came free, but Angelino Guardas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cipriano Lasa during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Unicaven booed when Quintay AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Lasa didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Quintay AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Unicaven were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
