It was a penalty for F.C Shispa! When Casimír Iturbe fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportes Concepcion's protests and gave Casimír Iturbe a yellow card for diving instead. Casimír Iturbe hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Pere Jordi Narváez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Deportes Concepcion's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C Shispa the free kick. After a rather tough play, Deportes Concepcion's Benicio Zercalde got a free kick in the 17th minute. Benicio Zercalde struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Xulián Ansaldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportes Concepcion. Pere Jordi Narváez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 26 minutes, Marín Ortega mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportes Concepcion and the F.C Shispa players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 26 played minutes Deportes Concepcion got a freekick which was hit by Marín Ortega. Horacio Jesus Rufo kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Benicio Zercalde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benicio Zercalde in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xulián Ansaldo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benicio Zercalde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 47th match minute, F.C Shispa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Selmo Albis to maneuver through the defense.

Xulián Ansaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Zercalde in the 53rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pere Jordi Narváez got free with Tamariz Döner in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Xulián Ansaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benicio Zercalde, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the match, F.C Shispa's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Ancieta came free, but Xulián Ansaldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xulián Ansaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Zercalde in the 79th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Pere Jordi Narváez managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C Shispa's supporters rose to their feet, but Pere Jordi Narváez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tamariz Döner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Deportes Concepcion's Benicio Zercalde got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benicio Zercalde got his second yellow card in the match during the 87th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Deportes Concepcion's Benicio Zercalde got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 89th minute, Horacio Jesus Rufo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. F.C Shispa's Xulián Ansaldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filomeno Ancieta in the 91st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Filomeno Ancieta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportes Concepcion's supporters rose to their feet, but Filomeno Ancieta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xulián Ansaldo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 94 minutes into the game, Deportes Concepcion's Filomeno Ancieta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Xulián Ansaldo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. F.C Shispa's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
