The supporters of Chilpa booed when Calguay FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Abeliuk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Miguel Caamaño stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Abeliuk's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Anastasio Margulis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xamín Dagorret, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A well-hit corner resulted in Nicodemo Landea heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Jimeno Villegas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Juan Miguel Caamaño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Igor Abeliuk came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Calguay FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Abeliuk couldn't finish the play. Anastasio Margulis made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Humberto Klein sent off a good shot on target. Paco Yete charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paco Yete the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Paco Yete hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match.
