Francisco Javier Marshall came free with the goalkeeper in the 9th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Milián Carrizo could save by the left post. Juan Cristóbal Galleguillos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Mondaca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the match, Vilacollo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Mondaca came free, but Juan Cristóbal Galleguillos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Vidaurre in the 16th minute of play forced Vilacollo AFC's goalkeeper Juan Cristóbal Galleguillos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raimundo Mondaca in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Cristóbal Galleguillos saved Vilacollo AFC from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raimundo Mondaca in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Cristóbal Galleguillos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 21 minutes into the match, Vilacollo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Filiberto Vidaurre came free, but Juan Cristóbal Galleguillos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Sales was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pucapa FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vilacollo AFC the free kick. Pucapa FC's Milián Carrizo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Pucapa FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Mondaca in the 33rd minute of play forced Vilacollo AFC's goalkeeper Juan Cristóbal Galleguillos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filiberto Vidaurre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Juan Cristóbal Galleguillos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee showed Jaime Fabiani the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Pucapa FC's Jaime Fabiani got a free kick in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jesus Pradenas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jesus Pradenas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 54 minutes, Bertrán Carter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pucapa FC and the Vilacollo AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bertrán Carter kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Francisco Javier Marshall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milián Carrizo having to interfere. Pucapa FC's Filiberto Vidaurre got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Vilacollo AFC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Nafarroa Winkler hit a great ball. If Francisco Javier Marshall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicanor Canavesio during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Pucapa FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Nicanor Canavesio hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the game, Vilacollo AFC's Francisco Javier Marshall nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Milián Carrizo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Filiberto Vidaurre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Juan Cristóbal Galleguillos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute Filiberto Vidaurre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Cristóbal Galleguillos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jesus Pradenas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Bertrán Carter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 96th minute of the game. One of Vilacollo AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pucapa FC:s goal. The goalkeeper, Juan Cristóbal Galleguillos, was totally fooled by Pucapa FC's Fabio Gebauer, who 98 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The Pucapa FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Vilacollo AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
