Spectators: 6716 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Francisco Javier Herquiñigo took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Paulo Taylor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chaxas's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Taylor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lander Boonen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francisco Javier Herquiñigo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Noé Garbiso having to make a save. After 10 played minutes Mulluri got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Javier Herquiñigo. Noé Garbiso made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when León Mac Kenney sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute of the match Dino Massuh shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lander Boonen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 24th minute Francisco Javier Herquiñigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noé Garbiso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 24 played minutes Chaxas got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Barrios. Taurino Fierro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Noé Garbiso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabio Moya charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabio Moya the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. León Mac Kenney could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Noé Garbiso made a huge save.

The wind increased when Tomás Echeverz made the kick off in the second half. Noé Garbiso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from León Mac Kenney in the 53rd minute of play. Gaston Barrios charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaston Barrios the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Chaxas getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Gaston Barrios hit a great ball. In the 58th minute of the match Juan Luis Fazzini shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Noé Garbiso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Chaxas's Noé Garbiso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Javier Herquiñigo in the 60th minute of play. Francisco Javier Herquiñigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noé Garbiso having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Disvandis Madureira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Noé Garbiso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Javier Herquiñigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Lander Boonen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Echeverz in the 78th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Francisco Javier Herquiñigo managed to get in a good position for a shot. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that León Mac Kenney couldn't finish the play. If Raimundo Padilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mulluri were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Chaxas for a fine match.
