The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rio negro fc's Ysmael Coulin got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dante Bakovic could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Fausto Vizcaya made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Quemchi's zone, Dante Bakovic stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Vizcaya came out of the goal and Dante Bakovic tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miliano Andina kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After a long run with the ball, Wilfredo Escalona did a trick in the 28th minute in front of Quemchi's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 2-0. An impressive performance by Rio negro fc's Wilfredo Escalona! Domingo Antonucci didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Firmín Barros went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. A hard shot 37 in the game by Tomasino Peña from a close distance when the talented Fausto Vizcaya managed to make a qualified save. Quemchi's players were relieved. Quemchi's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Ysmael Coulin scored to the left of an out of position Fausto Vizcaya, making the score, 3-1. Domingo Couve's late challenge caught a Rio negro fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domingo Couve helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Quemchi's Domingo Couve got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Rio negro fc's Ysmael Coulin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fausto Vizcaya. That made the score 4-1 after 44 minutes of play. If Ysmael Coulin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ysmael Coulin was the one to do the kick off. When Rio negro fc's Ysmael Coulin in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Quemchi fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when Quemchi's Aristeo Almarza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Ysmael Coulin came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Rio negro fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ysmael Coulin couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Rio negro fc booed when Quemchi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Héctor David Palau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fausto Vizcaya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Bakovic in the 92nd minute of the match. Aristeo Almarza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingo Antonucci having to interfere. In the 96th of the match, Firmín Barros tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Domingo Antonucci got in the way and made a wonderful save. Rio negro fc's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
